In 2019, a typical Arbonne Independent Consultant (AIC) earned between $52–$324 USD in earnings and commissions. In Canada, a typical AIC earned between $129–$523 CAD in earnings and commissions. Government agencies, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO) are recommending that people refrain from group gatherings and close personal contact, including cancelling major events and practicing social distancing. Because the health and safety of all of you, your families, and all of our employees is our primary concern, we are taking these recommendations seriously and considered all of our options before the event was turned virtual. This is an unprecedented event and we want to make sure we address it in a thoughtful, proactive way in order to protect our Independent Consultants and our employees.
We will refund the difference between the cost of an in-person registration and a full-access Virtual Pass so you can access the virtual conference. All people who have been registered to attend in-person will automatically receive access to the Virtual AAC event.
The virtual broadcast will be on Friday 11th September & Saturday 12th September 2020. We will release a specific agenda with session timings and speakers in the coming weeks.
The price is $99 AUD per person.
Virtual Ticket cancellations are non-refundable.
Any Consultant who wishes to cancel their virtual ticket that was transferred from a live event ticket will need to submit the request in writing to email@example.com for consideration after the event. Logins to the Virtual Conference will automatically forfeit any consideration for further refund.
The transfer to virtual tickets and refunds of the price difference will be processed from Tuesday 28th July 2020. As this is a manual process, please allow 3 weeks for your transfer and refund to come through. Refunds will be made to the same credit card you had purchased your original ticket on.
Any reservations you have booked directly with hotels will be your responsibility to cancel.
NVPs – Arbonne will be cancelling room reservations made on your behalf. No action will be needed by you to cancel unless you have made the booking yourself.
Most major airlines are waiving cancellation fees so please check with your carrier and cancel hotel accommodations immediately to help avoid the potential for any late cancellation penalties. Arbonne is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of private reservation cancellations.

Yes, we are planning to still hold a Silent Auction through the usual Handbid app. The auction will be open for bidding on Monday 7th September at 9 a.m. AEST and close on Monday 14th September at 2 p.m. AEST. We hope to ship all purchased auction items shortly after the auction closing but could be delayed due to the ever-evolving situation.

No. Once you have registered, you have instant access to the video stream. The video plays automatically in your browser. It works on PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. However, you must ensure you have a proper broadband connection to view the training.
You can watch the Trainings from any device – computer, tablet or smartphone – but you can only watch on one device at a time with the login used to purchase the registration. Don’t share your Arbonne login or password with anyone.
